01

Confirm authority

Before changing a connection, confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant account and understand whether active work depends on it. Revocation can interrupt authorized operations.

02

Revoke the connection

  1. Sign in to the connected service as an authorized account administrator.
  2. Open the service’s application or connection settings.
  3. Confirm the account and locate the Olneya connection.
  4. Use the provider control to disconnect or revoke authorization.
  5. Retain the confirmation required by the applicable internal process.
03

Verify disconnection

Confirm through the service’s connection controls that Olneya is no longer authorized for the intended account. A read-only status check or provider confirmation is preferable to changing a business record as a test.

04

Records and retained information

Disconnection stops future access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete source records, prior authorized copies, evidence, backups, or information retained for legal, business, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

05

Reconnection

Reconnection requires fresh authorization by an appropriate account administrator and any applicable Olneya approval. Prior access does not create continuing authority.
