Accessibility Statement

Olneya designs its public website to be understandable, navigable, and usable across a range of devices and assistive technologies. Durable design includes the ability to perceive content, operate controls, understand structure, and recover from an unavailable path.

The public website uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its design reference. This does not state that every page, browser combination, or third-party surface has completed formal conformance testing.

Olneya evaluates accessibility alongside every product change.

Current public-site measures include:

• semantic headings, landmarks, native links, and document structure;
• keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators;
• a skip link to the primary page content;
• descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery and hidden decorative imagery;
• responsive layouts and support for browser zoom;
• light, dark, and system appearance settings;
• reduced-motion and coarse-pointer alternatives; and
• text equivalents for core information conveyed by visual scenes.

The site uses modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and supports current mainstream browsers. Appearance and interaction can vary with browser, operating system, assistive technology, display settings, extensions, and user preferences. Core public content remains structured as text and native web elements.

Client Login loads a separate, invite-only application that may have its own accessibility status. Third-party browser error pages, provider surfaces, and linked resources are outside Olneya’s direct control.

Editorial imagery, charts, and motion are supplemental. Ongoing changes may introduce defects or combinations that have not yet been tested.

Accessibility questions or difficulty using a public page may be reported to accounts@olneya.com. Helpful details include the page address, the task you were attempting, the browser or assistive technology involved, and a description of the issue.

Do not include passwords, authentication codes, account numbers, or confidential financial information. Olneya reviews relevant reports and prioritizes reasonable corrections within the limits of the public surface.
