Connected Services Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Olneya, LLC handles information obtained through authorized connections to third-party services. These connections support private business operations and are not public applications.

The notice does not replace entity-specific recordkeeping duties, professional responsibilities, or a service provider’s own policies.

Depending on the connected account, granted permissions, and authorized task, information may include:

• organization, account, user, and configuration information;
• business, financial, administrative, and supporting records;
• balances, reports, classifications, and related operational information; and
• authorization, audit, status, error, and diagnostic information.

Information may be used for authorized administration, record maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, review, diagnostics, security, and related business operations. Olneya does not sell connected-service data or use it for behavioral advertising.

Information may be available to authorized Olneya personnel, professional advisors, and service providers acting under Olneya direction when needed for the relevant work.

Information may also be preserved or disclosed when required by law, valid legal process, security needs, or recordkeeping obligations.

Records and operational evidence may be retained according to recordkeeping practices, legal requirements, business needs, and system-of-record controls. Retention varies by record class.

Disconnecting a service stops future access through that connection but does not automatically delete source records, prior authorized copies, evidence, backups, or information retained under another lawful basis.

Olneya applies administrative and technical controls appropriate to the service and information involved. No system can guarantee absolute security. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly through approved channels.

Requests concerning connected information are evaluated against authorization, record ownership, legal duties, and appropriate identity verification.

This notice may change as connected services, permissions, or internal practices evolve.
