Connected Services Terms

These terms govern connected services operated for authorized Olneya business purposes. They are not public software, a self-service product, or an invitation to access Olneya systems.

Access to this notice does not provide access to any connected service, account, record, or private application.

A connected service may be used only by an authorized person for a permitted task involving the relevant organization, account, and records.

Access to one Olneya system does not establish authority for every connected service, dataset, transaction, or operation.

When an authorized connection exists, Olneya may access information within the permissions granted by the account administrator. A service may support reading information and, only where separately permitted, creating or changing records.

This notice does not establish that any particular connection, permission, credential, or write capability is active.

Changes to records require appropriate source support, target confirmation, review, and authorization. High-impact or externally consequential actions require additional approval and must not be inferred from general access.

Information accessed through connected services may be confidential and must be limited to authorized purposes. Olneya does not sell connected-service data, use it for behavioral advertising, or make it available to unaffiliated public users.

Olneya applies access restrictions and security controls appropriate to the service and information involved. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when authorization is uncertain, no longer required, or subject to security review.

Connected services are governed by their providers’ own agreements, policies, availability, and controls. Olneya does not control third-party service operation, and a reference to a connected service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

An authorized account administrator may revoke a connection through the applicable service controls. See the connection-management notice for additional information.

These terms may change as service requirements or Olneya controls evolve.
