Olneya Accounting MCP Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Olneya Accounting MCP integration operated by Olneya, LLC. The integration is an internal-use software connector for authorized Olneya personnel and approved service providers. It is not offered as a public software product.
Authorized Use
The integration may be used only to perform authorized accounting, finance, reporting, reconciliation, vendor, customer, and administrative tasks for Olneya, LLC and related entities or client entities where Olneya has permission to access the relevant records.
QuickBooks Online Access
When connected to QuickBooks Online, the integration may read accounting records and, when specifically enabled by authorized operators, create, update, or delete accounting records. Write-capable operation should be used only under approved accounting workflows with appropriate source-document support and review.
Data Handling
Accounting data accessed through the integration is used only for authorized business operations. Olneya does not sell accounting data, use it for advertising, or make the integration available to unaffiliated public users.
Access Control
Use of the integration requires appropriate access to Olneya-controlled systems, credentials, and QuickBooks authorization. Access may be revoked at any time by Olneya or through Intuit / QuickBooks Online connection controls.

The integration is an operational tool. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice to third parties. Professional judgment and external advisor review should be used where required.
